There a lot of "for sale" signs, what does that mean?

There aren't a lot of "for sale" signs, what does that mean?

Why are some roads not paved? Is it really true, that if they paved these roads, the properties on them would lose their value?

Is "Zozobra" a holiday designed for tourists?

Who said " All things learned by experience elsewhere fail in New Mexico" (a paraphrase)? Was he a writer, a governor or both? Was his name Lew Wallace?

What about CC&R's (covenants)? Do people in New Mexico believe in them? And if they do, do they pay attention to what they say?

What Amenities are important to you?

Schools, shopping, access to health and other services - are they near the neighborhoods you're interested in?

What about bike paths, walking trails and access to transportation alternatives?
